By commissioning me, you are automatically accepting my Terms of Service.

Here you will find all the needed information in order to commission me! Don't hesitate to contact me if you need to ask anything! Please read all the terms of service before contacting me for a commission!
General
✧ I reserve the right of using the finished artwork as a reference for my commissions and/or posting the drawing on my social media. If you want it to be secret you'll need to pay an extra fee.✦ You can repost the commission as long as you use it only for personal use. Also, you can tag me/credit me if you want.✧ I don't usually work with deadlines, but if you have a strict deadline please let me know before.✦ Keep in mind that I will provide you updates as soon as I made some progress in your drawing. I know It can be hard to wait but please don't rush me.✧ Consider my style when you decide to commission me. There are several things I won't be able to replicate, like realism.✦ I'll need proper references for what you want. Only text descriptions are not enough.✧ I can and will reject your order if I don't feel comfortable with it or if I don't feel I can meet your expectations.✦ Do not under any circumstance copy / trace / sell / heavy reference / edit my work. Unless I strictly give my permission you are not allowed to do any of the previously mentioned things.✧ I won't take any responsibility for any misunderstanding or mistake that may happen if you do not read these Terms of Service. Ignorance of them does not exempt you from compliance and you can always ask me if you are in doubt.✦ Terms of Service can change over time, so any time you commission me you need to check them again just in case. Always ask me if you are in doubt.
Process
✧ After full payment or 50% is done, I'll start sketching your commission, this might take some time depending on complexity and queue commissions (be sure to check my Trello if in doubt).✦ If you want me to draw a character, please provide any reference you can so the final product can be as accurate as possible.✧ If you require a specific color(s), please provide me a file with the color palette (which can be an image or the color code).✦ You can ask for as many changes as you want while on the sketch stage. Just remember to be specific and don't forget anything you'd like me to add/change.✧ Once the sketch is approved, I'll start with the lineart. At this point, you can no longer ask for major changes.✦ I'll be sending you WIPs from time to time to make sure everything is okay.
Payment & Refunds
✧ Prices are in Dollars (U$D) and Argentine Pesos (AR$).✦ I work with upfront payments or with a 50% fee.✧ Payment can be by Paypal, Ko-fi or Mercadopago.✦ You can ask for a refund but only before the piece was started. Once I started working on your drawing you can't ask for a refund.✧ If I started your commission and at some point I find myself unable to finish it, I'll give you a partial refund depending on the stage of progress. Refunds will never be 100% of the total paid amount.
Extra fees
✧ You'll be charged an extra fee for any change that you want to be done after the lineart process has begun or after the work is finished.✦ You can be charged extra if a character is too detailed (wearing armor, specific and detailed weapons, special effects, etc.)✧ Commercial use has a 50% extra fee over the base price. Always let me know if you'll want to make commercial use, as the prices don't include this fee.✦ Adding characters has an extra 50% fee over the base price of each commission for each extra character.
